For this reason Borgo San Luigi offers a team of experienced professionals capable of supporting you in every phase of the event, from its development, all the way to its management. We do not consider events a mere schedule, but we combine efforts to give the best result in all aspects: the choice of the location, its decoration, the organisation of the catering service, of a light lunch or of a gala dinner, including the choice of products and the technical and logistics management.
Above all, organising an event in our structure means being able to choose from several different locations, ranging from the Congress Room which can seat up to 200 participants and organise work groups thanks to its flexibility, to the Winter Garden, a wonderful Art Déco terrace right inside the park, for events which require a touch of scenery; our settings may however also be intimate and welcoming, such as the Caminetto Room or the Limonaia Room, for small meetings with 25/30 participants.
Borgo San Luigi also allows you to choose other exclusive locations such as the Brolio, Fonterutoli, and Monsanto Castles or the Scorgiano Stables. These fascinating locations with their own special charm will enable you to organise truly unique events.
