It is an event organized by the municipal administration of Asciano, with the aim of promoting local products and in particular some excellences such as pecorino delle Crete and the artichoke of closures.
A rich calendar of events between markets, tastings, tours, exhibitions and musical performances and entertainment. "Sapori delle Crete" will be officially opening Saturday April 21 in Piazza "Closures", to celebrate all the taste, tradition and culture in famous Artichoke closures. Sunday 13 may date to Asciano for a series of events dedicated to cheese pecorino delle Crete: a market (Special Edition of Market of Crete) with many benches dedicated to the product and the ability to learn to taste the variety of local cheeses.
Finally, from 3 to 31 May, every Thursday, thanks to the collaboration of the municipal administration, s. c. Biancane, Fisar-Valdichiana and the delegation members, restaurants you can taste with "Asciano in the pot," in five restaurants, special menu based on products of the rich basket of Crete Senesi, (3, 10, 17, 24 and 31 May).
